Can I cancel my Trent Barton Saver travel card?
You may not be returning to campus soon so you may be able to cancel your travel card and obtain a partial refund. Please complete an online benefit selection form to arrange the cancellation.
Can I pause my card?
With effect from 1 August 2020, Trent Barton removed the option to pause your card. If you have already paused your card then this will remain in place and you will be able to add any unused travel on to your card once you start travelling again. When you are ready to travel again, please contact us at MyBenefits@ntu.ac.uk at least 2 days in advance so that we can ask Trent Barton to reactivate your card. Don't forget that your monthly deductions from pay will continue but you will not need to renew your travel card until you have used the additional days.
If you no longer wish to pause your card, please follow the instructions above to cancel your card.
How do I select a new card?
If you would like to obtain a travel card for Trent Barton please complete an online benefit selection form.

You benefit from having the lowest priced annual Saver card, but don’t have to pay for a year’s travel up front. NTU buy the card for you and you repay the money in 12 monthly instalments deducted direct from your net pay. The monthly cost will depend upon your travel zone.
