Selecting benefits

All selections, amendments and cancellations are now made online; our Benefit Selection forms can be found by clicking the pink buttons on each benefit page.

Information on the monthly cut-off dates and processing times for submitting new/amendment/cancellation requests are shown below:

Enrolment Window

NTU Gym and Sports Membership, Cycle to work, Annual Health Assessment, Health Cash Plan, all travel season tickets and Childcare Vouchers (amendments and cancellations only). 

Enrolment is open throughout the year: The cut-off date for requests is the 1st of each month and the benefit will be available from the 1st of the following month (e.g. requests received by 1st November will be valid from 1st December with salary deductions commencing from December's pay).

Annual Holiday Travel Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, Dental Insurance, and Private Medical Insurance.

Enrolment is open annually and your cover will be effective from 1st October. If you have recently joined NTU you can apply within the first two months of your employment. The cut-off date for requests is the 1st of each month and the benefit will be available from the 1st of the following month (e.g. requests received by 1st November will be valid from 1st December with salary deductions commencing from December's pay).
